Clint

SuperintendentClint Morgan
Clint began his career with U.S. Engineering in 1995, first as an apprentice in the plumbing trade, later as foreman and now superintendent. Day after day, project after project, he leads a highly skilled crew of individuals on the job site, coordinating the various plumbing components of the work to help the company complete projects on time and within budget.

Anyone who has worked with or under Clint will tell you he leads by example and exhibits the U.S. Engineering Core Values at every turn, creating accountability for every crew member to uphold those values.

"I feel my career here has developed very well because of the people that surround me," he says. "I am very fortunate to be part of a team that strives to be successful every day. There is no typical day on a construction project. You face technical and people challenges day after day. I enjoy overcoming them and being able to see the end results of our team's efforts."

He builds the same kind of trust and integrity with customers.

"I want to create a strong relationship with every customer, through quality and hard work," he says. "It's how we ensure their repeated business in the future."

Clint has been married to his wife, Kim, for 15 years. The couple have two sons, Collin (13) and Colt (10).
