Jessie joined U.S. Engineering in 2009 after several years in the healthcare industry, where he served as an operations manager for a medical records-processing firm serving insurance company clients. His skill set and variety of talents have produced exceptional results in a short time.

As A/R administrator in Kansas City, Jessie is responsible for managing accounts receivable, providing necessary documentation waivers and lien releases for service and construction job billings, and providing information related to trends that may affect receivables. In short, he collects money ... and does it like no other.

"I love the opportunity to meet face to face with a number of customers that we represent and develop a rapport, not only with them but also the project managers," Jessie says.

"His diplomatic but unrelenting interactions with the customer have been extremely successful," says Project Manager Adam Provost. "Jessie is a great ally of all the PMs and is greatly appreciated. To sum it up: He's the man!"

Jessie is as gracious as he is tenacious, having established a Thanksgiving food drive at U.S. Engineering to assist area food pantries. Over three weeks, he led an effort that produced enough food for 5,148 meals plus $666 in cash donations. He has two daughters, Raven (19) and Eboni (16).
