U.S. Engineering constructed a new central plant and museum addition for this prestigious project. High-quality systems with precise environmental controls were required for this building, which is home to numerous, priceless pieces of artwork.
Building systems included:
- New central chilled water and steam plant
- Central air-handling systems for precise temperature humidity control
- Clean steam generators with stainless piping to multiple zones of humidification
- High-quality piping and plumbing systems throughout
- Commercial kitchen plumbing and HVAC components
Extensive preconstruction and early project management were required to help the project team track the budget and offer analysis of constructability throughout the design process.
