Denver Central Library

U.S. Engineering constructed all plumbing, piping and HVAC systems for this Denver landmark. The year it was completed, the Central Library was acclaimed as one of Denver’s  Construction “Gems,” along with Denver International Airport and Coors Field.

Denver Central Library’s new facility includes a new eight-story, above-grade structure and a three-story, below-grade, 400,000-square-foot building that adjoins the existing main library at Broadway and 14th Street. The second phase included remodeling of the existing 130,000-square-foot building.
