Louisville Middle School
Louisville, Colorado

The Louisville Middle School project is a 25,000-square-foot remodel with a 70,000-square-foot new addition. U.S. Engineering installed high-efficiency RTUs with evaporative condensing sections and high-efficiency condensing boilers for the hot water heating. U.S. Engineering had to tie into existing utilities in the initial building. Space constraints presented a major challenge for lay-down areas and equipment delivery. The work to the addition is being performed while school is in session.
