2525 West End Avenue Building
Nashville, Tennessee

This 14-story mixed-use building is located at the corner of West End Avenue and Natchez Trace, on the edge of Vanderbilt University, and south of downtown Nashville. The complex is comprised of 340,000 square feet of office space, 70,000 square feet of retail space occupying the bottom two floors, a 1,700-car parking deck, and is attached to a 200-room, four-star hotel. U.S. Engineering was the mechanical contractor for the HVAC and plumbing installation.

U.S. Engineering had a lump sum contract for the building and later negotiated a GMP fee contract to do the mechanical HVAC and plumbing for the Sprint PCS Information Technology Center, which occupied the eighth floor.
