Tabor Center Office Tower and Westin Hotel

One of downtown Denver’s signature structures, the Tabor Center utilized numerous U.S. Engineering core commercial construction competencies.

The project included a 31-story office tower, 430-room luxury hotel, retail shops, food court and four-level parking garage, along with a central chiller plant that produces 4,100 tons of refrigeration.

U.S. Engineering was involved in preconstruction at the schematic design level and in value engineering activities six months prior to construction, which helped both owners realize substantial value engineering savings with no sacrifice in system quality or efficiency.
