Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center

Perched atop a hill adjacent to I-25 and the Larimer County Fairgrounds and Events Complex (a.k.a. "The Ranch") is the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center. This eight-story, 263-suite hotel is 131,000 square feet on the ground level and includes a pool, spas, conference rooms and ballroom, along with an eight-story open atrium.

Each floor was broken into four concrete pours with a pour occurring on some level every two to three days. Installation of equipment included verticle stacked fan coil units in each suite of the tower, fan-powered and VAV boxes throughout the lower level and Conference Center, boilers, water heaters, a cooling tower, chillers and handlers.

U.S. Engineering Company won this lump sum hard bid project over several other competing bidders.
