Fidelity Tower

This design-build project is the complete renovation of a registered historic high-rise in downtown Kansas City. The 35-story building was renovated to include apartments as well as office space, served by mechanical systems that include a water source heat pump system with a central condenser water loop and cooling tower. New life safety features are also incorporated, including stair tower pressurization to bring this historic building up to current code requirements.
